Diane Danois is an attorney at Freiwald Law, P.C., a nationally-recognized law firm with its corporate office located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The firm represents clients, who have been catastrophically injured in complex cases involving science, medicine and law.

Danois has represented women who have suffered catastrophic injuries resulting from delays in diagnosis of cancerous conditions including breast, cervical, uterine, colon, rectal and lung cancers. She concentrates her practice in the unique issues that arise for women who are fighting for their lives, while trying to support their families. She works tirelessly to assure that healthcare providers are held accountable for their negligence in an effort to assure higher quality healthcare for all women. Mrs. Danois also has a special interest in working with couples resolving post-divorce conflicts, such as modifications to parenting plans, blended-family and co-parenting issues.

In her capacity as Family Law Mediator, Consultant, and Co-Parenting & Divorce Coach, Diane provides a variety of strategic and consultative services to lawyers and individuals to help them increase productivity and reduce litigation costs.  For our Family Law clients, we offer MediationParenting Coordination and Divorce Coaching as a path to resolve personal disputes without the necessity of expensive litigation.  She employs Solution-Focused methodologies and believes there is a power and satisfaction which results from encouraging people to find equitable solutions to their own problems.  When leveraging the skills of an experienced, certified family law mediator and parenting coordinator, who is trained in problem-solving techniques involving personal family issues, most disputes can be successfully resolved without the need for extended litigation.  Diane Danois prides herself on listening to the parties’ issues and working together to custom design and create solutions that are acceptable to both parties.

Danois’ credentials include attorney, certified family law mediator, and qualified parenting coordinator. She publishes regularly on topics relating to divorce, mediation and litigation, and also provides commentary on issues relating to step parenting and co-parenting.

She earned her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and her Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A past Board Member for the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Affiliate and Philadelphia Affiliate of Komen for the Cure, Diane has been a long-time advocate for breast cancer survivors. She is also a nationally-recognized speaker on volunteerism and advocacy.
