In arguments before the state Supreme Court, a mother argued that she should receive child support from the stepfather of her children because he pursued custodial rights in court.
Irena Shiloh, an attorney representing herself, argued before the justices Nov. 17 that the court has allowed her ex-husband, Avraham Shiloh, to have physical custody of the children, but treats him like “a complete stranger” to the children when it comes to child support.
